Getting started

The project, its audience and its first sports.

01What is TournStack?

TournStack is a multi-sport tournament SaaS platform in development. Its aim is to connect registrations, brackets, court schedules, results and player updates in one system, with widgets that can live on an organizer’s own website.

02Who is TournStack for?

Our first aim is an accessible option for individual and independent tournament organizers, including people running a community event or a tournament with friends. Sports centers and clubs that manage regular competitions are the second audience, with multiple-event and league workflows part of the direction.

03Is TournStack available to use now?

The app is still under construction. The core engine has been used at one live event, and external pilot validation is the next priority. Email the team to ask about a demonstration or pilot.

04Which sports does TournStack support?

Padel and tennis are the initial focus. The underlying engine is being designed for more sports and competition formats over time. Additional sports will follow validation in the first segment.

05What does “widget-first” mean?

It means that useful tournament information and interactions belong on the organizer’s existing website. Our direction is to embed registration, brackets and live schedules, alongside a connected organizer back office, so the club keeps its own digital home and brand.

Running an event

Widgets, players and the organizer workspace.

06Will organizers need to download a client?

The intended setup uses an organizer client as the only download. Players and spectators access information through mobile-friendly web pages and links. The app is still in development; installation requirements for the organizer client will be confirmed during pilots.

07Do players or spectators need to download an app?

No dedicated native player app is part of the current roadmap. Our approach is browser access through mobile-friendly pages and links, so players and spectators do not need a separate app download.

08Will players be able to register and follow results online?

Registration, brackets, live schedules and results are part of the connected product scope. Public tournament widgets have been used in the initial live deployment. Player-facing workflows are being refined through pilots.

09What does the organizer back office cover?

The back office brings together tournament setup, participant management, scheduling, court assignments and results. The core system has also handled live schedule and roster changes during the initial Lisbon deployment. The next step is to validate these workflows with external organizers.

10Can a sports center manage multiple tournaments and leagues?

One organizer workspace for multiple competitions and their results is the intended direction for sports centers. League support is part of the planned expansion. It should not be treated as a fully released league-management feature at this stage.

Product & pricing

Venue displays, the live example and commercial plans.

11Can tournament information appear on venue screens?

Browser-based live displays for Smart TVs, projectors and LED screens are part of the near-term scope. Live venue displays were included in the Lisbon deployment. Device and venue configurations will be tested during pilots.

12Are digital draws or giveaways part of TournStack?

Yes. Digital draw and giveaway tools, with dedicated display feeds, are part of the product scope. A digital draw was used at the initial Lisbon event. The exact formats and controls available to external organizers are still being developed.

13Has TournStack been used at a real tournament?

The core engine and supporting surfaces were used at the Timeless Passion Padel Tournament in Lisbon on 28 September 2026. The event included the organizer back office, public tournament widget, venue displays and a digital draw. This was one live deployment, not validation across repeated external events. Explore the Timeless Passion event.

14How much will TournStack cost?

Exact pricing has not been confirmed. Affordability is a core aim for a single tournament as well as repeated events. Pay-per-tournament options, club subscriptions and multi-venue arrangements are being tested against the value organizers get during pilots.

15Will players have to pay to use the software?

We intend to charge organizers, not players, for the software. That is separate from any tournament entry fee an organizer may set for its own event. Final commercial terms are still under validation.

Choosing TournStack

Its intended fit, the team and how to get involved.

16Why consider TournStack instead of spreadsheets and group chats?

The aim is to keep participant lists, brackets, courts, schedules and results connected, so organizers spend less time repeating changes across separate tools. It may be useful when live event coordination becomes difficult to manage manually. Time savings and operational value will be measured in external pilots.

17How does TournStack compare with Tournify and Score7?

There is overlap: Tournify documents public tournament pages and venue slide shows, and Score7 documents live tournament embeds. TournStack’s intended focus is a connected organizer workflow, website widgets, venue displays and digital draw tools, starting with padel and tennis. We are not claiming that embedding or venue displays are exclusive to TournStack, or that its performance is already proven against those products.

18When might TournStack be a better fit for my event?

It is worth exploring if you want tournament information on your own website, browser access for your community and a connected workflow for running the event and its displays. The pilot phase is the opportunity to check whether that combination fits your needs. The right fit depends on your sport, event format, setup effort and budget.

19Who is behind TournStack?

Mitja Mitruševski is the Vision & Commercial Lead. Jane Stoimanov is the R&D & Technology Lead, covering cloud architecture, live reliability and deployment. TournStack is an independent early-stage venture; its legal entity structure is being finalized.

20How can I ask for a demonstration or discuss a pilot?

Write to info@tournstack.com. You can ask for additional information, a short demonstration of the current engine, a conversation about pilot participation or strategic support. The team can explain the current scope and next steps for your event.
