This notice covers tournstack.com. It describes the website as it works today. The TournStack tournament product and any future consumer app will need their own notices when they become available.
Who is responsible
Mitja Mitruševski currently controls the TournStack website and its contact records while the company is being formed.

When you contact us
The contact form asks for your name, email address and inquiry. We also record the submission time. We use this information to answer you, discuss an event or possible pilot, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not add form submissions to a newsletter.
For ordinary inquiries, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). If you ask us to discuss a potential agreement, processing needed to take those requested steps may also rely on Article 6(1)(b). The fields are needed so we can identify and answer your message. You can email us instead of using the form.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a form submission is likely to be human. Cloudflare receives technical information from your browser for that check and sends a token, not your inquiry text, to our form endpoint. The form then sends the inquiry to Google Apps Script, which saves it in a Google Sheet after Cloudflare verifies the token. A Cloudflare Worker queues notification and confirmation email through mailbox.org. These services help us receive your message at info@tournstack.com and send a confirmation to the address you supplied.
Analytics and browser storage
We use Plausible Analytics to understand overall website traffic. Plausible says it does not place cookies, store raw IP addresses or create persistent visitor identifiers. We use its aggregate reports to learn which pages are useful. We do not send contact-form contents to Plausible.
The website currently uses short-lived browser session storage to remember whether you have seen its optional invitation and how much visible browsing time has passed before it appears. Those entries are confined to your browser session. We do not use them to identify you or share them with advertising providers.
Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag are not active on this website at the date above. If we add them, we will update this notice and keep those advertising tools off until you choose the relevant consent option.
Who helps us run the website
We use GitHub Pages to host the site, Plausible for aggregate analytics, Google Apps Script and Sheets to receive inquiries, Cloudflare Turnstile to check form submissions, Cloudflare Workers to queue contact emails, and mailbox.org to send and receive them. These providers may process information needed to deliver their services, such as connection details or the inquiry you submit. We do not sell your contact details.
GitHub, Google and Cloudflare are global providers, and processing can take place outside the European Economic Area. The safeguards for a particular transfer depend on the provider and service, and may include an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. For details about safeguards relevant to your inquiry, contact us at info@tournstack.com.
How long we keep information
We keep contact-form inquiries and related email conversations for up to 24 months after our last exchange with you, unless a legal obligation or an active dispute requires longer. We review the Google Sheet and mailbox records for deletion under this period.
The Cloudflare email queue is configured to remove job data and deduplication records after 30 days; successful email payloads are cleared after SMTP acceptance. Copies of messages in the mailbox and entries in the Google Sheet follow the inquiry retention period above.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive a portable copy where that right applies. Write to info@tournstack.com; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also complain to a data protection authority in your country.
We do not use the contact form for automated decisions about you. When this notice or the website’s data practices change, we will update this page and its date.
