Our vision · In development

Keep the sport moving.
Bring the work together.

One connected system for tournament operations, with your own website and community at the center.

THE PROBLEM

Too many tools.
Too much coordination.

Participant lists in spreadsheets. Brackets somewhere else. Court assignments on another screen. Changes sent through group chats.

When a match finishes early, a player drops out or a court becomes unavailable, organizers have to update several places. TournStack’s aim is to connect preparation and live operations so information is easier to keep aligned.

WIDGET-FIRST

Your club.
Your digital home.

Registration, brackets and live schedules should be available directly on a club’s existing website. The organizer keeps their own digital presence, brand and connection with their community.

Alongside the organizer back office, our near-term scope includes embeddable website components, browser-based venue displays and digital draw tools. The intended setup uses a downloadable organizer client. Players and spectators follow through mobile-friendly pages and links; a dedicated native player app is not on the current roadmap.

WHERE WE ARE

A live start. More to validate.

The core engine and supporting surfaces were used at the Timeless Passion Padel Tournament in Lisbon on 28 September 2026.

That was one live deployment. The next priority is to test reliability, usability and value with external organizers across repeated events.

01

Strengthen the foundations

Improve product reliability, live operations and the onboarding experience.

02

Learn through external pilots

Work with tennis clubs and organizers, gather feedback and document practical results.

03

Test the commercial model

Validate pricing and repeat use against time saved, fewer errors and smoother events.

FOCUS & GROWTH

Start focused.
Expand with evidence.

Padel and tennis are the initial focus. The engine is designed to support additional sports and competition formats over time, with expansion following proven reliability and commercial traction.

We intend to charge organizers, not players. Pay-per-tournament options, club subscriptions and multi-venue arrangements are being tested. Exact pricing is still to be determined through the pilot phase.

THE NEXT CHAPTER

Practical support.
Real-world learning.

TournStack is an independent early-stage venture seeking non-dilutive funding and strategic support for product development, external pilots, commercial testing and focused onboarding.

Mitja Mitruševski leads vision and commercial development. Jane Stoimanov leads R&D and technology, including cloud architecture, live reliability and deployment.

The legal entity structure is being finalized. Further details and a short demonstration of the current engine are available on request.
